By submitting photographs to us, you agree that you are the photographer of the picture(s) or have a written release signed by the photographer granting you permission to use the pictures in this manner. You also agree that upon request from Spaces for Faces, you will submit the written release for verification. Buying prints, a CD or DVD of a photo from a professional photographer does not give you copyright of the photo; you still need to get a release. You can be personally responsible for copyright infringment even if you did not intend to break the law.
The quality of our product is determined by the quality of the pictures we receive. Using the highest resolution setting on your camera will result in the best quality photograph. If you are scanning pictures to send to us, set your scanner to scan at 300 dpi or higher. Calendars and Greeting cards can be altered to allow for more or less photos per page/card than specified. By emailing us with your order verification & confirmation, you agree that you have reviewed the product proof and have found the information on it to be correct. Because of the nature of the product sold at Spaces for Faces, all sales are final. Refunds will only be given if a mistake occurs in the processing of the product. All verification emails will be retained for documentation.
